HYDRATING CARE OF THE BODY

Monoi de Tahiti is perfect for all types of skin but it is especially effective on dry skins.

The best use is an immediate application, after a bath or shower, when the skin is still moist

. Spread a few drops of Monoi de Tahiti on the palm of the hand, rub and apply from head to foot.

Repeat if necessary and give special attention to the driest areas, such as the elbows, the legs and the feet (without forgetting the nails).

Massage lightly until the Monoi de Tahiti has been completely absorbed by the skin which will become smooth and soft as silk.

Gently soak up any excess with a dry absorbing towel.

If your skin is particularly dry with “crocodile skin effect”, Monoi de Tahiti is the ideal moisturizer for you.

Used regularly, several times per day, it makes your skin soft and firm with a look of natural beauty.

HYDRATING CARE OF THE FACE

Thanks to its 100% natural vegetable origin, Monoi de Tahiti is totally compatible with all types of skin, but is especially helpful on dry or aged wrinkled skin.

Monoi de Tahiti deeply hydrates and softens the skin, making it younger and more attractive in appearance.

Add one or two drops at the tip of your fingers and apply gently to the face tapping lightly. Remove any excess with a soft cloth. It is then possible to use your make-up after the application of Monoi de Tahiti. For the night, only use Monoi de Tahiti, after having cleansed your skin deeply.

If your skin is naturally greasy, Monoi de Tahiti is NOT suitable and should NOT be used.

HYDRATING CARE OF THE HAIR

The beauty of Tahitian women is legendary. Their splendid glossed hair is well known and particularly admired by other women around the world. Their secret rests in the use of Monoi de Tahiti which they frequently apply as a conditioning, repairing treatment (pre-shampooing) to nourish the hair.

Simply warm your bottle of Monoi de Tahiti under a stream of very hot water (do not use a micro wave). Apply liberally to all of your hair especially the ends and if it is dry or damaged by a frequent use of chemical agents.

Cover your hair with a plastic bonnet then with a towel to create an effect of heat which will contribute to the process of a deep treatment.

Leave to act for at least 30 minutes or longer if you wish OR all night if your hair is very dry or very damaged, taking care to protect your pillow.

Wash your hair carefully (at least twice for greasy hair, once for dry hair) and see the result! Your hair will be soft, flexible and brilliant.

FOR THE BATH:

Monoi de Tahiti is the natural aromatherapy ingredient par excellence.
To create a pleasant moment of pleasure in a relaxing bath, add a few drops of Monoi de Tahiti into hot water which will release immediately the delicate and bewitching perfume of the Gardenia flower.

Use of Monoi de Tahiti., skin care, face, body, hair, hands, feet. Monoi de Tahiti balm. Monoi massage, bath.

MASSAGE:

Monoi de Tahiti is also an ideal ingredient to use in body massage, especially after a bath or shower or simply to enjoy a moment of relaxation after a long stressful day.

Use of Monoi de Tahiti., skin care, face, body, hair, hands, feet. Monoi de Tahiti balm. Monoi massage, bath.

CARE OF THE HANDS AND FEET

Often neglected, our feet and hands are however our most invaluable tools. It is therefore imperative to take care of them at least once per week.

To improve the appearance of your feet, let them soak in a hot bath and add a few drops of Monoi de Tahiti to soften the skin and especially callosities. Dry and massage with a little additional Monoï de Tahiti oil or balm for a deep treatment.

If your feet or hands are very damaged, we recommend the application of a deep treatment before retiring, such as: apply liberally Monoi de Tahiti oil or balm :
- for the hands: cover them with plastic gloves and cotton gloves,
- for the feet: envelope them in a plastic film and put on a pair of socks.
Leave it to act all night and wash carefully in the morning.

Repeat the process once or twice per month. You will be surprised and delighted by the results.

Use of Monoi de Tahiti., skin care, face, body, hair, hands, feet. Monoi de Tahiti balm. Monoi massage, bath.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Monoi de Tahiti solidifies (and sometimes in a non-homogeneous way) below 22°C.
This is a natural process which in no way affects its natural properties.
To return it to fluidity, simply reheat your bottle of Monoi de Tahiti under a stream of hot water or in winter keep it near a source of heat.
NEVER USE A MICROWAVE OVEN.

MONOI de TAHITI BALM:

We also recommend you to try our "multi-purpose” Monoï de Tahiti balm. This particularly rich moisturizer effectively protects the skin in winter from chapping and cracking with the cold.
Monoi de Tahiti balm is a natural product with many applications: to hydrate the body, to bring brilliance to your hair (gloss), to care for your hair (pre-shampoo repairing care). It is a “must” after a sun bath to re-hydrate your dried-up skin and to avoid the formation of wrinkles.

What does Monoi mean ?
MONOÏ means “sweet fragrant oil” in Mahoi, the ancient language of the Polynesians. It is the result of an union between the oil extracted from the Tumu Ha'ari fruit and the "Tiare" flowers.
